Hipshot Products is a small Interlaken, New York based business that does big business in specialty guitar and bass hardware. If you’re not a musician you may have never heard of Hipshot, but if you are, you probably know them for their amazing string benders, trem setters, d-tuners, Xtenders, Trilogy, and other unique gadetry.

Hipshot hired us for two main reasons. Their old website had grown out of control, it was too hard for customers to navigate; and it was nearly impossible for Hipshot staff to update and maintain any area of the site. Also the image of the site had not grown with the business. The new site needed to reflect the professionalism and quality craftsmanship of the Hipshot brand.
