Cake has changed the way complex queries are written so now it goes from line 121 :
$conditions = array($Model->alias . ‘.’ . ’slug LIKE’ => $slug . ‘%’);

if (!empty($Model->id))
{
$conditions[$Model->alias . '.' . $Model->primaryKey. ' '] = $Model->id;
}

if you want to maintain unique slugs
